Princeton was purchased for me, by my late father in November of 1993.
His first visit after receiving his TDI was to visit my Dad in the hospital who was dying of cancer. This was a very special visit because my Dad was the one that had bought Princeton for me years before. It was great to see his eyes light up when I brought Princeton in to see him one last time. He started calling him and clapping. My dad always enjoyed coming over to see Princeton and always brought him something when he did.
Below is a poem written by my Mom about Princeton

Princeton says do you need a lift?
I will be there to see you in just a jiff.
The needles were sharp
but they helped with the pain.
And I will come to see you
in snow and in rain.
The doctors and nurses will come and then go.
But I will stay with you no matter how slow.
I will lay by the bed until you awake.
I can't wait for your smile and for others forsake.
You are the reason remember I'm here.
So please, let's not fear.
You will get better that much I'm sure.
Just pet my soft, fluffy fur.
Look in my eyes for I know you will see
the love that comes directly from me.
